April is Autism Awareness Month. As we’ve done in the past, we’re partnering with the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism, Inc. to help support awareness about this important cause.
We were recently able to send this fabulous organization a check in the amount of $311.99 for royalties based on the total online revenue sales from our Puzzle Piece clogs in 2012. (We sold over 78 pairs of these clogs through our online store in 2012.) Click here to see our royalty check letter.
This year, in honor of Autism Awareness Month, we have donated another celebrity-autographed pair of clogs to be auctioned off at the Longwood Giving Friends with Benefits Gala held on April 25 at the State Room Boston. The celebrity is Ariel Winter from the hit sitcom “Modern Family”. Ariel signed a Stars clog, women’s size 39 (American size 8 – 8.5).
